How Myndzet looks after your information

What do we know about you?

• Your username and the PIN you use to log in. Your username is not your real name.
• Your age and how many minutes a day you want to practise, which your grown-up told us.
• What you have practised: your points, your level, and which questions you got right or wrong.

Who can see it?

• You can. And the grown-up who looks after your account can, so they can help you.
• We use a few trusted companies to store the information safely. They cannot use it for anything else.

What we promise

• No adverts.
• No chatting with strangers. There is no chat in Myndzet.
• We will never sell your information.
• We will never ask for your real name, the school you go to now, your address or your photo.

What should you do?

• Keep your PIN secret, even from friends.
• If something looks wrong, or makes you feel worried, tell your grown-up.
• If a question looks wrong, press Report a mistake. That helps everybody.

You can also ask your grown-up to contact us at [email].
